The program defines oxidizers and includes information on physical form and characteristics, containers in which these materials can be shipped or stored, hazards of the materials and problems if they become contaminated handling instructions in case of a release or fire, hazards of handling guidelines for organic peroxides, laboratory demonstrations and actual incidents are used to illustrate these points.
