Seminar cancellations received more than ten (10) days prior to class will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.  Seminar cancellations made ten (10) or fewer days prior to class will receive a 100% "Tuition Credit".  Our regularly scheduled seminar dates, times and locations are subject to change dependent upon response.  Actual seminar location may be anywhere in the greater urban area of the cities listed.

        All seminar tuitions must be paid in advance of the class.  Training certificates will not be mailed out until payment has been received.

        Merchandise returned ten (10) or fewer days following customer receipt, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.  All sales are final after ten (10) days.  Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.

        All material orders will be shipped within seven (7) business days of receipt via the UPS shipping method selected.

        All CDs, DVDs, Videos and CD associated written materials are non-returnable.  All CD, DVD, Video and CD associated written materials sales are Final.  No exchange, return, refunds, or credit will be accepted.
